  • Unlimited additional nights above 20 may be booked space available (30 Days or less) for $250.
    per night.

Special Note* - As the PDC residence inventory grows in time and more expensive homes are added to
the plan, future deposit fees and annual fees for new members will rise as they have in other clubs.

during Phase I have a fixed low one time membership deposit, guaranteed for the life of the
